Planning and production control department

Enjoying from experienced and effective specialists and in addition to providing cooperation with the sales and commercial department (according to the customer’ requirement) and warehouse department (according to minimum inventory and spare materials), planning and production control dept. sends its ordering point in monthly basis to the production and commercial dept. and the production dept. will thence manage to produce and the assembly dept. will start assembling and packing the requested product according to the time schedules.

After production and packing the product into specific packages in the production site, each component will be transferred into the in-production warehouse by the warehouse personnel. Then according to the time schedule by the planning dept., the assembly worker will assemble the products and pack the final product. A definite coding is placed on all the products for tracking the final material. The coding labels have 13-digit coding in which the production date, production equipment specification, assembly group specification and date of assembly should be indicated.

Mehr Etesal Safahan warehouse has 3 separate warehouses: raw material warehouse, in-production warehouse and final product warehouse. Regarding the execution of OS system in the organization, especially in the warehouse section, the components are completely separated and are easily accessible.
The warehouses are totally indoor, without humidity and have adequate light.
Our products have two types of packages: boxes and bags and both types could be provided according to the size of products and customers` requirements.
