Customers’ complaints are considered as an opportunity to identify and eliminate our weak points. Hence we have tried to provide appropriate conditions and use proper methods to receive the complaints, identify the roots of the problems and manage to eliminate the problems.

Provision of technical – engineering services (through the customers` voice) our sales engineers will accompany you from transformation of the raw materials towards a quality product and hence we try to provide relevant information about each product, production process and its quality control and the appropriate certificates for each product.
