Technology department

One of the most important departments of this company is technology department. This department has 3 different sections with the following responsibilities:

One of our honors is using high technology robots, both in production processes and releasing the component from the injection molding machine and in assembly of threaded fittings. In addition to reducing human intervention and increasing the work precision, in these robots have great intervention and increasing the work precision, these robots have great roles in the quality of the final products.

Mehr Etesal Safahan Co. manufactures all its required molds inside its plant by its experienced experts, using modern software packages in designing molds and simulation of production process and also by using the best technologies of the world, in accordance with national and factory standards.

According to the established programs, this section has the responsibility to repair and maintain the equipments and molds in periodic orders and through the overhaul by the end of each year. The main aim of this section is reducing the equipments stoppages due to probable repairs and disorders.
